	Santa's Smokehouse Santa's Smokehouse is located in Fairbanks, Alaska. We began commercially catching and processing our own wild salmon in 1984. From there we have expanded to smoking and custom wild game processing. Santa's Smokehouse takes pride in offering only wild Alaskan salmon, nature at its best! The wild salmon runs of Alaska are both healthy and abundant. Spawned in our pristine rivers and lakes, our wild salmon migrate to the clean deep waters of the North Pacific where they feed and grow naturally. These wild salmon are the guardians of thousands years of genetic diversity that allow the runs to survive in the Arctic. Alaska does not allow fish farming.
