	The tradition continues at our family owned and operated smokehouse, as we follow the time-honored techniques for curing and smoking seafood. The elders of the Haida and Tahltan first nations smoked salmon as a staple but also gave this as a gift in high esteem, sharing their bounty with friends and visiting tribes. Smoked Wild Sockeye Salmon, hand filleted, traditionally custom smoked then vacuum sealed in a gold pouch and gently cooked. No refrigeration required until opened. Presented in an attractive gift box that is designed as a keepsake.
