Fresh Atlantic salmon is marinated in cane sugar, sea salt, black pepper, brandy and dill. We do not take any short cuts on this delicate Norwegian speciality.
Gravlax is sliced slightly thicker than smoked salmon and is a delicious and interesting alternative.
Gravlax has a shorter shelf-life and is normally frozen before despatch and should be refrigerated and consumed within ten days of receipt. Alternatively the Smokehouse will supply fresh sides if ordered in advance.
