Dartmouth SmokehouseThe Dartmouth Smokehouse is a long established family owned producer of the

methods under modern conditions. Dartmouth Smokehouse takes great care when choosing the raw
materials to ensure that we source the finest quality produce from local farms
and the best ocean fresh fish.
Dartmouth Smokehouse has won 35 West Country Food awards in
the past five years. 2001 has been our most successful year to date; from six
entries we received four gold and two silver medals, making it the most highly
decorated smokehouse in the country.
This year's gold award winners were smoked salmon, smoked chicken
breast with tarragon, kiln roasted salmon basted with honey and hot smoked over
oak, and dry cured back bacon, cold smoked over applewood and oak. |
