	Lossie Seafood On the shores of the Moray Firth, LOSSIE SEAFOODS has specialised in providing premium quality seafood products for three generations. Lossie Seafoods has earned a well-deserved world-wide reputation for excellence and always ensures that only the freshest salmon from known suppliers are purchased. Lossie sources all the salmon from Scottish Salmon Growers and marketing organisations. We purchase Superior Gutted Salmon and fresh salmon fillets. All suppliers provide treatment records for each batch of salmon that we process and these documents become part of our Traceability Process. At our premises the salmon are filleted and cured using dry salt in the traditional manner. Our PRIDE of SCOTLAND brand is then smoked slowly and carefully over foodgrade oakwood chips, including chips from Speyside's most distinguished distiller of single malt whisky, 'The Macallan'.
